We were stuck here on New Year’s Eve with a broken car, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, and the hot tub was a nice touch for the adults to unwind after a hectic day. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use some good scrubbing, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 🍹

Comfortable stay with outstanding service.

Had a great time with friends here! We enjoyed visiting the Van Wert County Historical Society and catching a show at the Van Wert Civic Theatre. The room was perfect for unwinding with a comfy mattress, premium bedding, and a 49-inch HDTV for our favorite shows. Just a heads up, breakfast is good, but there aren't many options nearby for dinner.

One downside was the key card issue. it didn't work at first, which was a hassle.

The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was fine, but also, the A.C. Made an annoying rattle that drove me crazy. Plus, the front desk guy was nice enough to help me, even when I was pretty unreasonable.
